He has built a diversified portfolio by working in creative and managerial capacities with MNC advertising agencies, media companies, animation studios, and brand consultancies.
Renowned Brand Strategist & Consultant with 30 years of experience in Brand Strategy and Media, providing consultancy for consolidated creative and branding solutions for product, corporate, and service industries. He has also worked with political parties to build, grow, and sustain them through a scientific approach to reaching target audiences via various campaigns during the 2011 and 2016 Assembly elections.
He believes that creative strategy must be backed by solid research into market trends and behaviour. This is why each of his creative assignments is marked by creative excellence, transformed into brand effectiveness that succeeds in the marketing jungle. He Completed his graduation in Commerce from St Josephs College, Trichy, post graduation in Commerce from Annamalai University and has completed Intermediate in ICWAI.
Entrepreneurial Journey
In 2001 Nachiappan founded N&D Communications, a brand strategy and consultancy company and a creative, advertising agency with a presence in Chennai, Bangalore and Delhi. He has built over 400 brands for rural, urban and international markets over the past three decades. He has won the admiration and appreciation of his clients IBM, Govt of India, Governement of Tamilnadu, Power Soap, CADD Center, Repco Home Finance , DMK, AIADMK and World Bank. His credits include bagging numerous prestigious Ad Club Awards.
In 2011 he founded Peppers TV, a Tamil Satelitte TV channel having fresh upbeat approach with innovative programming in general entertainment. Peppers TV is a free to air channel available in all the DTH and Cable platforms in India and also available in Malaysia, Singapore, UK and USA. This non news channel covers the programs in Spirituality and also in Life style, music and wellness domains.

He is the Founder Trustee of Orange Foundations, a non-profit organization that works for the primary eye health care to combat avoidable blindness. Orange has set up 200 Hybrid Vision Centres all over TamilNadu, Pondichery, Andhrapradesh and Jammu & Kashmir partnering with leading eye care hospitals.
Social Activist, who is actively involved with WAY - Wildlife and You, a social initiative to promote awareness about wildlife for kids and students community. WAY has developed educative films on wild life in multiple languages targeting the school students.
Founder Trustee of Sampoorna Seva Trust, a non-profit organization that works for provoding food for the poor and needy.
Actively involved in Temple Protection Group, handled some of the important assignments in the area of providing maintenance support to village temples and small temples in Tamilnadu.
